About Eleanor
Eleanor is a composer and teacher based in Scotland, UK. She is a Teaching Fellow at the University of Aberdeen and is currently studying for her PhD in Music Composition.

Her music has been broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and performed throughout the UK, Europe, and in North America. She gained a first class honours degree in Music from the University of Edinburgh and went on to study Psychology of Music at the University of Leeds for her MA degree. Whilst at university she received the Janet Buckley award for outstanding performance in Early Music and the Julian Rushton Scholarship for academic merit.

She is passionate about music education and loves working with students in group settings and on a one-to-one basis. She offers a holistic approach to teaching and ensures that lessons and workshops are tailored to her students' needs and goals.
